The wine and cheese happy hour was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The complementary fruit and filtered water fountain were great touches too!
Felt very secure, nothing to complain about.

Our stay was fantastic! We loved being right at Union Square, with easy access to high-end shops and restaurants. The kids enjoyed visiting the nearby SFMOMA, where they engaged with modern art through the vibrant exhibits. The hotel was super clean and the staff was incredibly friendly.
My kids wished there were more activities for children on-site.

Exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We were greeted by friendly staff who genuinely cared about our experience, and the complimentary breakfast featured delicious omelettes that set a great tone for our day. The room was beautifully clean and spacious, but it was sometimes noisy at night due to street sounds, which affected our sleep. Nonetheless, the unique atmosphere and charming decor truly enhanced our experience.

missingWrote a review on Oct 20unique decorhappy hourcheck-in fees
The rooms in this boutique hotel keep charm alive with unique decor, not the typical cookie-cutter style you find elsewhere. The complimentary wine and cheese happy hour adds a nice personal touch, making you actually feel welcomed.
The check-in process left a bit to be desired, particularly with the unclear early check-in fee, which felt like a lack of communication about expectations. The room I ended up in had a view of a brick wall, which was less than inspiring, especially on the lower floor where the noise from the hall traffic was constant.

Cozy little haven!
We stayed for 2 nights and really liked it! The location is prime for exploring the city. Staff are super nice and helped us out when needed. Breakfast had yummy pastries and coffee! The only thing was the seating area was kinda cramped. Overall, a good find for a cozy stay.
